Solutions4Cleaning has acquired the South Yorkshire cleaning business of Shirebrook Cleaning, from the sole director / manager who is retiring after 30 years in the business.
Samantha Kerley Director of S4C said `this purchase is part of our strategic plan going forward to continue to grow the business both through acquisition and organically, the addition of Shirebrook`s clients add to our already prestigious portfolio of blue-chip partners throughout the South and West Yorkshire regions. We are currently in active talks with another business to acquire and hope to complete this by the summer. `
Solutions 4 Cleaning based out of Sandal Park, employ over 350 staff permanently and this increases to over 450 in the peak summer season when their sporting stadia division is in full flow. They currently service over 200 sites throughout South and West Yorkshire.
